| re... re... re... (something) on the internet functionality

photo: cappucinno, please! by lomodeedee

well, as i've decided recently to switch-off a little bit from social networks, i used to hang around some of them a lot of time... i'm pretty much surprised that i did it without having net-addict crisis (?!)...  :))))...

i just remembered how, when i set up my facebook account; cartoonist and painter ivana armanini (komikaze) sent me message on f-book: 'write a blog and stay away from facebook!'

i guess, i want to blog on something to defend a litle bit social networks, even to defend bloody facebook...

my first networks where communities for artists (graphics, photography, lomo...)... then for cultural policy (why i did this to myself?! no, i'm just kidding!), then myspace, youtube, last.fm, mixwit, several absolutely amazing communities on ning, and at the end were facebook and friendfeed because i wanted to integrate them together... (and i still want to do that!)...

(i'm not counting here services like delicious, tehnorati, diggo, flickr, trailfire, squidoo, zoomr, photobucket,  rss readers, wikis and online offices like zoho, free storage services, ... some account at magazines ... etc... that i used to work with at the same time...)

it's not a secret that viral marketing is pretty useful thing... but it's still not a tool, but an octopuss...

navigating a blog is a perfect way get the best of social networks, but the catch is that you can become a procrastinator while using it...

after being tainted with all of them, i'm only interested in their functionality... by functionality, i also mean creativity and user friendly interface... not in a way a mac user would have in mind... - i'm a former mac user, too... i mean, i like nice stuff, girlz like it... but sometimes, just sometimes, you need a litle bit more... of content!
