Janine Antoni's work blurs the distinction between performance art and sculpture. Antoni transforms everyday activities such as eating, bathing, and sleeping into ways of making art, such as painting and sculpting. Themes in her work include mortality, desire and the body. (via Art:21)

this is very cool wordpress theme for blogs. no, i'm not thinking about some changes on my main blog, but if somebody would re-adapt this theme for blogger.com, i would certainly use it for ain't cloudy...
although, i'm surfing on daily basis through many wordpress and blogger themes, and i still don't have any wishes to use magazine themes on my blogs, because they are way too loaded with boxes that look similar... i don't like that in web design... functionality is cool, but intuitive look, too...
i mean, magazine themes are most recommended in eastern europe for people who want to be as soon as possible ranged in the 'eyes' of web crawlers... but it doesn't work so for the american blogosphere which is the strongest and way too powerful than the rest...
there are only few that you can re-adapt for good use, particularly on blogger... while on wordpress, programmers usually do gorgeous design and functionality, but you kinda don't want to touch a lot that... and i always get the impression when folkz start to 'load' with widgets and boxes the original look of the theme, it looks at the end kinda messy, way too stuffed...
i really like both platforms..
oh, i'm really in my minimalistic phase at the moment...
See here demo of the theme, it looks great...
p.s. i'm planning to write several articles on my experiences with blogging tools and platforms (more a compilation of several workshops i had in 2008 and 2009 for the cultural sector) which will be published on this blog and here: http://inseecp.blogspot.com/ (that's also blog which i had re-adapted and re-designed from the theme programmed by Amanda Fazani).
p.s. this is my 10th day that i'm strugling with some stupid cold, i got it last week... hope i will get in track after this weekend...
